At Surreal Wood, we specialize in powder coating and decorating MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) wood products, including cabinets, cupboards, fixtures, doors, frames, wall panels and more.
MDF powder coating is a new process, only possible due to recent developments in powders that cure at low temperatures. Our powder coating gives your MDF products a durable, seamless finish, and is available in a variety of colours and textures.
We can also decorate your MDF products. We start by applying a base layer of powder coating, and then a pattern is added through our dye sublimation process. You can choose from a wide selection of designs, including wood grain, marble and concrete effects. Or, provide us with a custom image or logo, and we can apply it to your MDF!
